All parent training services are provided by a qualified behavioral professional who specializes in teaching parents how to understand, manage, and further develop the behavioral growth and progress of their child. These services are tailored and individualized for the specific needs of each family.
Our team of professionals work directly with your child, utilizing research-based techniques that develop the necessary skills to become a more independent individual. Toilet training, limited food interest, tantrums, following directions, bedtime routines, sibling relationships, community safety, self-help skills, organization, and coping skills are just some of the many issues that we address in our programs. Our services are pertinent to the individual needs of your child and offer many positive outcomes, often emerging shortly after services are initiated.

JESSICA LIEBER M.S., BCBA
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR & FOUNDER
Jessica is the Executive Director and founder of Forward Behavior, LLC.
She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience working in the field of autism and behavior analysis. Her exceptional knowledge and experience in the field of behavior analysis makes her an ideal candidate to service children, train individuals and families, and prepare members of professional institutions in the area of Applied Behavior Analysis.
She began her work in the field of autism during her undergraduate years at UCLA, under the supervision of the late Dr. O. Ivar Lovaas, Ph.D., where she received her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in child development. During this time, Jessica treated children, supervised and trained interventionists, and developed DTT and ABA programs.
She later continued her graduate training and received her Master’s Degree in Counseling with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from California State University, Los Angeles in 2007.
Throughout her 20+ years career in human services, Jessica has worked as Director of Behavioral Health Services for three top-rated behavior agencies. She specialized in program development, staff training and supervision, parent education, and school and home consultation. Jessica also conducted assessments regularly, independent evaluations for school districts, and functional assessments.
Jessica approaches each new situation with enthusiasm, wisdom, and insight. Most importantly, Jessica is passionate about helping families, individuals, and professionals in a positive, effective manner.
I feel blessed to have found such amazing partners in Jessica Lieber and her team. Jessica is incredibly knowledgeable about ABA principles and adept at applying them to each situation. Her judgment is excellent and she has helped extinguish some of my son's worst behaviors (we are still working together on the rest!). I am a child psychiatrist and yet her judgment on matters of behaviorism is far better than mine, and I learn from her constantly.
Jessica is kind, calm, never-endingly patient, and interested in truly understanding our family holistically. Despite being busy, she makes herself readily available for troubleshooting calls and check-ins. Her therapist team are also remarkable individuals -- compassionate, personable, experienced, and highly dedicated. I don't know what our family would have done this year without them all. We are lucky to have them in our lives.
If I had known an ABA company could be this great I would have gotten the service long ago! It seems that the smaller size of Jessica's company allows her to individualize and personalize our son's treatment much better than most ABA companies. I cannot recommend Jessica's company highly enough.

“Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and talented. She has a warm and supportive manner. She approaches those she serves with dignity and a respect. She has a great clinical eye and can derive innovative yet practical solutions.”
"Praises to Jessica and her team!!! Our son receives 1:1 therapy five days a week with a team of highly skilled therapists. The changes we have seen in six months are remarkable!!! He now refers to me as mommy or mom ( I could cry right now), he points at objects and tells us to ‘look’, he recognizes and says the names of animals, people (policeman, fireman,…), he will take our face and turn it to his to make sure we understand what he is attempting to say. These are all things he could not do just six months ago."
